AKOS Software training is given to educate the customers, help them get familiar to the new system and extract the full benefits of cutting-edge technology. The comprehensive software training sessions are conducted in two formats:
  • Online Training
    Online Training includes interactive demonstrations through virtual network client software and video conferencing technology, to help users get started. Furthermore, AKOS support staff is always available to address specific client questions.
  • Onsite Training
    Complete Onsite training is given during the software installation to the entire team of users and ensures that the users understand the software and learn its many features in the shortest amount of time possible. Also, based upon client request, periodic training is given to educate new members and any upgrades in technology.
